Can one search by images to choose an hourlie?

It's hard to find a right logo when I see list of hourlies and their profiles and their portfolios are another click away. I would like Google Images style search where we can sift through the images using tags or keywords and see some images/designs where I can see style and design with the hourlie and can instantly go to the image and contact or buy the job from the buyer.
