How do I find a specific person?

I purchased a job on PPH through my daughter's account but have now set up my own PPH account. I am trying to work with the same person but cannot find them even though I've typed in their name and company name. How do I find them?

  Hi Hilary,

  Whilst using your daughter's account, please go to the seller's profile and note down their profile url. Then please log in as yourself and paste their url into your internet browser whilst you are logged in.
