Withdrawal from your PPH Account (Pending)
It is pending from 31st march and it is showing that it will be done in 1 working day from last 5 days. what is this? is there holidays from last 5 days in pph?

Having the same Issue - the incompetency of your staff is astounding. I followed all of the necessary steps, as shown in your 'uploading documents' section to be able to withdraw to my PayPal account. After waiting 2 days without any notification and having to chase it up myself they told me I needed to provide a Bank Statement copy for proof. (even though i'd provided everything i need for paypal)
You may need to make sure you have uploaded all necessary documents for ALL payment methods (I've had to delete my bank account to get a payment released to PayPal)

2. Address Verification:
• A copy of a recent utility bill or Bank Statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old)
3. Source of Payment Verification:
• In case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account, PayPal or Skrill, a choice of: 1) a Bank Statement clearly showing the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC) you wish to have the funds transferred to, 2) your PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions, 3) your Skrill, account statement showing your Skrill registered name and email address along with any relevant transactions.I can imagine that you may feel concern in supplying this documentation but would like to advise that we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and we are legally obliged to protect any personal information that we hold under the Data Protection Act.
