Payment issues
Hi,
I did not know whom to talk to about this but I work online on PPH and I did a job then raised an invoice, my client was happy with my work and she paid and all, but i didn't receive any money and it's been more than 3 days now. Can you help me please?

Thank you for your message.
We understand your concern. Please note that the majority of invoices get processed within a matter of minutes or at least just a few hours, some invoices undergo additional security checks so we always suggest that you allow for 3 working days(excluding UK public holidays) to see the funds in your PPH wallet.
