Why my Payment approve delay?

My client has funded balance 2 April 2016 but yet i didd not get payment. Why are you so late? I need urgent action. Kindly see it closely. Thanks

  Hi,

  Clients have already release money to my account, but up to now it hasn't reflected on my account. First payment was release on 23/10/2016 and the second one 24/10/2016. Am still waiting up to now. Kindly someone clarify to me what seems to be the problem
