Difference between money taken from my bank and the amounts in the statements in PPH online !!

Why is there a difference between the money taken from my account and the totals showing up in the statements that I see in PPH Online ? In a two month period I paid a total of £188.61 in supplier charges and PPH fees but the totals showing up on my online statements only add up to £176.94. So why did PPH take £11.76 more than they should have done ??

  I have the same issue. My bookkeeper is asking why the amounts not he statement and the invoices dont match.

  My invoice was for £215.00 but People Per Hour took £226.35 from my card. Why has this happened? Please explain the £11.35 over payment.
