Why not make your "hourlies search stats" publicly available so the sellers know what the buyers are looking for and can offer better tailored and relevant hourlies?

I mean this page:
https://www.peopleperhour.com/hourlies
and statistics of what people type in into the 'Search Hourlies' field.

That will improve the service in general:
- Sellers will offer better-tailored hourlies
- Buyers will find what they are looking for
