I think about idea that users can makes a team for job.

For example there is a complex job need some more. User who want make this job can invite someone to team ( for example Architect can ask Structural engineer )
offer money to divide ( % or ask teammember about his price )

and than they offer as a team

  great idea - in would encourage cooperative work witthin the pph community so freelancers could become colleagues and not just competitors.

  but there would have to be some way of removing the original clients contact details from the equasion, as we will always be competitors even if we are colleagues for one project!
