Submitting utility bill

Hi there,
There is no utility bill under my name . But our government provide our address with our Nation Identity card. Will it work if I submit national id card thats showing my address for payment security ?

  Hello,
  
  I have same issue. I have all utility bill on the name of my father. I have submitted my government id which is approved but for the payment they are rejecting request that i need to provide my utility bill. Which i don't have. And i tried to submit my bank statement twice mentioning my name and address. But they are rejecting it.
  
  Kindly help us in this issue.

  My utility bills now come via SMS. Could i use a tax compliance certificate?

  I have a utility bill but it is in my Landlord's name and it does not have an address on it. It contains my email and telephone number. I intend to send my bank statement as proof of my address if allowed.

  I have already attached that before I realized it. What should I do because I do not what my application to be declined? Please help me.
