Is there anybody out there? Very difficult to get hold of a human to sort my small dilemma out! My profile picture has been declined...not sure why...its a picture of my wife and I. Surely that is ok? Can I have an email address to someone to sort out please?

  I also have an issue with my profile picture. I keep trying to upload it but it's not working. Is there another way to submit it?

  I am trying to create my account on PPH but one error is constantly there that I need to change my profile picture. I am uploading a genuine picture but everytime the same error pops up.

  I need to add a picture to my profile page. When I try to upload a photograph, I get an error message. I cannot read what the error message says, as it is mostly hidden off the left hand side of my (large laptop) screen. Please provide me with advice about the photograph specification so i can upload one. Thank You,Penny Mellor

  Need to add my profile picture to my page but there is always an error message when doing so.  Ive resized the image error message again.... how can this be sorted?  Please advise.  Thanks

  Hi Team!

  I am a new seller user and selected week option for checking my account but I had to re-submit my profile for the 3rd time as it says I don't have a genuine profile picture. I've tried 2 different pics but same message.

  Can someone please help?
