Iam trying to upload a profile picture but my pictures are not getting approved by pph

  Hi Saral,

  I'm sorry to hear that. Could it be the size of the photo you are trying to upload? The minimum width of the photo must be 150 pixels. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact support@peopleperhour.com

  Thanks for your answers, I am having one more question i have changed my profile photo to 150 pixels. But my seller account not yet approved.

  Hi Saral,

  Your seller application may take up to 3 business days until it is approved. Sellers that get their application approved within this time can start sending Proposals to Jobs and posting Hourlies. If it is not approved within 3 days, you can contact support@peopleperhour.com to find out why it was not approved and provide them with the necessary information they need to approve it. I hope that helps.

  I have been trying to upload my profile photo for the past 4 days, but without success. What could be the problem?
