Fail to pay invoice via credit card or paypal

Whenever I attempt to make payment on my recent invoice, it redirect me to the same page with a message saying "Error The payment has been refused by your vendor. Maybe you entered the wrong details or there isn't sufficient credit." This occurs with all options; credit card, paypal, other. Please let know if anyone knows how to fix this, i wish to pay to recieve my work asap. Thank you.
