Ability to change proposal without losing a bid

Hello,

A client just changed the job description (the budged exactly) and when I change my quote I'll lose a bid. This is kind of annoying. I think you should have this ability.

  I've also another suggestion and may be it'll enhance your great service.
  Some competitor freelance websites create a browser notification (on Chrome at least), when you get a message from a client.

  This functionality is also available in Google's Gmail. It alerts you and enables you to answer instantly. I don't think it would take much effort and time to incorporate it into PPH's workstream.

  and still now, after 1 year we can't change/update the proposed buget without losing one more bid

  Another nine months and we still can't change a proposal without losing a bid.  Do you actually review these suggestions, or do you just file them under "can't be bothered"?

  (Because that is how it feels to us).
