    contact your buyer, send him a reminder , sometimes there are buyer who don't know the difference between escrow and paying invoice, there are buyers who ignore they should pay the invoice.

    For custom jobs , invoice should be paid within 15 days (not 7)

    And sometimes there are buyer who think they are hiring PPH rather than an independent freelancer

    Thanks for the quick response!

    I tried to contact the buyer for many days but got no reply so, at the end I raised the invoice.
    I thought it was for 7 days, thank you for the information. Now, I have to wait for another 7 days to get a small amount. Even then, I am not sure how the buyer will react to this because she already threatened me about the feedback part. I hope everything goes well!
