15% PPH fees is too High
I really can't imagine, that's too much for 15% PPH fees, if I got $300 project, what I earn is only 255$, PPH take 45$, that'll be enough for me to have lunch & dinner about 2 weeks. I think, for a freelancer $45 will mean a lot for them. Don't you have any system for :
the more frequent seller in a month to get a job, the less PPH fees. that'll will boost the enthusiasm of seller to do their best for bidding.
ex :
3 times get a job / month, 15% PPH fees (the 1st - 3rd will be charge 15%)
4 times get a job / month, 10% PPH fees (the 4th & 5th will be charge 10%)
6 times get a job / month, 8% PPH fees (the 6th or more will be charge 8% flat)
and that'll will be more exciting in freelancing world

8.2 Seller fees
For Sellers registered until May 13, 2015 PPH charges a Service Fee of a 3.5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £175 | €210 | $280 USD earned in the month which has a 15% (excl. VAT) Service Fee.
For Sellers registered after May 13, 2015 PPH charges a Service Fee of a 5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £375 | €520 | $560 USD earned in the month which has a 15% (excl. VAT) Service Fee.
The minimum payment made using Auto Pay or Per Hour Contracts is £7| €7 | $7 (excl. VAT).
The minimum Service Fee per invoice is £1 (excl. VAT).
All Users are provided with a statement at the end of each month showing their net effective commission fee in their ‘Payments’ section on the Website.Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
