Hi, I am new to PPH. If I am accepted for a long term job, will I receive a contract from the buyer confirming relevant points? Also, how can I verify that funds are in escrow from the buyer?

  Welcome to PPH! If this is the way you prefer to work, you should let the buyer know that you wish for them to provide you with confirmation of the long term agreement and to confirm relevant points within the workstream for you. This will help protect you should a dispute occur in the future.
