fefund and contact with PPH team

I brought a fixed price and person is so slow and wrong design and now it is over a month for completion and I have tried to contact PPH support team as I cant get a refund

  Many thanks for your message. I'm sorry you feel like you are being ignored. That is not our intentions. We have had a look in to your account and we have not received any correspondence from you. Could you please let me know which email address you used to contact us from? For future reference, you need to email us from the email address associated with your account (the one you use to log in).
