    if worked is delivered, you need to raise invoice (from the Workstream page) , and the buyer needs to pay it, after that money will be moved to your account balance.

    Contact your Buyer, may be he is new and ignores the difference between , deposit and invoice.

    Hi,
    My buyer made a deposit on my escrow account and I started working.
    I have not got any response once I was finished and it's been many days now. It still says "Un-invoiced job" on my dashboard.
    How should I go about to get my deposit?
