Wrong Paypal Account name

Hi!

I have stupid question to ask. I put in Paypal payment details my Name and Surname (sa it is in paypal account detail) in the field PayPal account name.
And my email in the field Registered email

As I've just understood the PayPal Account name is my email, but I've already made withdraw to the wrong account name (My name and Surname)

Does this withdrawal return to PPH wallet ot I loose it forever?
Or maybe it can be transferred by registered email?

  If there is a solving of my problem?
  It has been already 4 days (more than promised 48 hours) since I make a withdraw from PPH wallet.

  So here is 100% error in account name.

  I ma freelancer, so sometimes issue with money is critical. These money from PPH was the only money I have, and I can't get it ..

  I kindly ask you to help me. It is critical situation ...
