I have tried many time Ask a Question on the Clarification Board.
Why doesn't publish my message on the Clarification Board.
What is the problem of my message?

  Sorry about that. Our developers are doing some modifications on the site, as such you're not able to send clarification messages to the Jobs, so we would request you to please be patient it will get rectified soon from us.

  Why are some questions being posted then? I asked the same question but also pointed out that the file the client had posted to view contained a Trojan and it was rejected by PPH???
