Hi, I have had a file sent back to me to look at and my SmartScreen filter will not allow me to download it - can you help please? ATB Charles

  Hi Charles,

  Many thanks for your message. Have you tried using a different device to download the file? You could even try disabling your SmartScreen filter. I hope this helps!
