A Developer Left Was Paid in Full and More but left my job incomplete

Hi,

Basically, I had posted some jobs on PPH and they were dealt with by some developers and they were paid for it. However, for another proejct, one of these developers requested that I pay him directly via Western Union and he only do the job. As I had short deadline and this developer knew about the project so he was the best choice in the circumstances so I paid him in fully before even starting the job. So he started the job and besides his extremely bad punctuality he never finished the work and for the past 4 days he is not answering my calls or replying to my emails. I understand it is partly my mistake to agree to pay him using Western Union and not through PPH (A serious lesson learnd) but I am writing to find out how to report him to PPH and his details so that other clients do not fall into his trap and I do hope that PPH will somehow remove him from the list.

  You can contact PPH about it and you report fraud to Western Union.
