Payment Cut Off Times - Particularly Paypal
Can I ask the reasoning behind such an early payment cut off time being 1pm? Especially for paypal transfers?
When I first started with PPH 2 years ago, it used to be 3pm and it gave enough time to get jobs from the day before or even 2 days, finished and completed and allowed me a chance to get paid in a reasonably short period of time.
This is especially felt on a Friday or days before long bank holiday weekends, when buyers just aren't online in time to release the invoice before 1pm, having it back at 3pm would give those extra 2 hours and more importantly give us a wage for the week. Some hourlies take 3-4 days so to not get paid until the following week can really be difficult.
I understand that there is payment runs to be done, But I can't believe it has to be at 1pm considering paypal payments are received at 2pm or around about that time. Also from a perspective of quick payments, I tend to use the paypal option when I want it quickly, because I know I'll get it quicker than the bank transfer, but this kind of defeats the object when you're have a paypal cut off so early.

I agree with this and I also can't understand why its taking up to 3 days for payments to be released into your wallet before withdrawal I have on occasion just recently had to wait up to 5 working days with no proper explanation other than the staff are really busy, surely this day in age with the amount of people working on this site PPH have enough coin to hire an extra hand to get the people gaining work through your site paid within the times stated in your FAQS.
I understand there is security checks but to have this happen on every payment which is what keeps happening with myself is getting beyond a joke. please update your payments department ASAP.
