Buyer doesnt care to leave a feedback

Its a bit tricky one , There are a few clients who pay low paying projects and ask for several modifications to achieve perfection , but once they get the job done. they simply do not answer to providers request for releasing money or giving a nice feedback. This hurts the provider's reputation and in turn the hours of hard work put to help client goes in vain , Please advise what to be done in this case.
