I am very sorry to hear that you haven't had a great experience with this Buyer. There may well be a good reason why they haven't been in touch. Hopefully you will hear from them very soon, I'd recommend given them a little longer. In the meantime, if you haven't already you might want to pause working on the job.
If a reasonable amount of time has passed and they still haven't been in touch on the WorkStream and you need to receive payment for any work that you have completed to date then we would recommend raising your invoice, this may well prompt them to get back in touch or at least pay the amount due to you if they are no longer interested in continuing on the job.

Hi PPH,
My client refused to pay, I've sent him many messages and he seen them all but won't reply or pay.
So, I have just made an invoice dated 26th of sept 2016.
He still hasn't pay and it is already marked seen. (today is 12/12/2016)
I never met a client like this so iam really sad and felt insecure about it. The other clients were very nice and friendly though.
