Invoice paid by the customer but funds are in escrow from 2 days
I did a job for a client, I sent the job properly, the customer has accepted the bill and gave me good feedback. The invoice has been paid by the customer but funds are in escrow for 2 days. I spoke with my client who is very angry about this situation. I should do other work with this client but if you PPH holds the money one week, to me is not good, it does not seem correct.

We understand your concern, however please note that the majority of invoices get processed within a matter of minutes or at least just a few hours, some invoices undergo additional security checks so we always suggest that you allow for 3 working days(excluding UK public holidays) to see the funds in your PPH wallet.
