    We request you to try again using different browsers after clearing the cache, if the issue still persists then please switch to the text mode and submit your application for approval.

    Hi there,

     

    I recorded and successfully uploaded a video to 'Personalise my Application', and although the video is showing on my profile, every time I try to submit a proposal, I receive the message that I haven't completed my profile with a video.

    Stumped.  Can you please shed some light on what's going on?
