Require a Receipt for the PPH Processing Fee

The invoice from my seller obviously doesn't include PPH payment processing fee. How do I get a receipt for this as I need to account for all expenditure on my company credit card?

  this doesn't answer the question.  i am also looking for a invoice which includes the transaction fee - the above url just takes you to a place where you can down load all payment in excel format.  how do you get a full invoice with ALL costs ?

  I'd also like to know where I can get a receipt for the PPH processing fee that includes all my details so that I can present it to my accountants. otherwise I will pay tax on the full sum. Please can you help? I tried downloading the excel at the above link and it doesn't feature any of my details. many thanks!

  Same here, I would rather have an invoice that includes the processing fee in it. Also, is the processing fee a fixed amount or a percentage of the total amount? Thanks.

  Anyone from PeoplePerHour going to provide info on this - I've had to come back to it almost 16 months as my accountant needs the receipt for the chargers to balance my end of year accounts...
