Can't withdraw funds to PayPal because account is 'Pending', please help?

    I have checked your account and found that your invoice has been processed, also you have issued refund for the remaining funds to your buyer. Hope your issue has been resolved.

    I'm having this same problem! I contacted customer support two days ago and they told me that I need to submit documents verifying who I am. They said to use a license, a bank statement, and a paypal statement. In lieu of those options, they said a bill in my name or a passport. Unfortunately, I only have a paypal account and a license. Need a third "proof" and haven't heard back about what alternative methods I could use.

    Anyone on here know?
