What do i do if i have been scammed on here?

I paid a guy on here to finish my board game for me and he agreed on the budget. I paid him the money through payoneer because we changed the price from what the request was that he sent. He said he will get the work done by the time agreed. When it come to the time he said it took longer than expected and wanted 75£ more. I refused and asked for my money back and he said no. Is there anything i can do?

  Many thanks for your message. Was the money paid via PPH through Payoneer, or was it just directly through Payoneer?

  Hi, i payed directly through Payoneer i think. He asked my name and email address to which he send through a request.. Not sure i haven't used Payoneer before or PPH so i do not know how it works properly. Is it there anything you can do? I have proof of emails and skype messages of him saying either more money or no refund and no files.. Is there no way i can call the customer services?
