Can't reconcile accounts

I use a lot of PPH hourlies. But the amount I agree to pay them is alwayd slightly dfferent from what is taken from my bank account. This makes it incredibly difficult for my accountant. Also, how can I get a simple list of the payments I have made in a 3 month period?
