Payment - Pending
I have withdrawal with pending status since the 12/04 I haven't been notified that I do have to upload any documents. After contacting customer service I have been told that I need to upload ID and bank statement which I did.
I received an e-mail after asking me for utility bill which I don't have (the info provided on your web says 'utility bill or bank statement?!) The customer service is unresponsive at the moment I asked for escalation and I resubmitted the documents again, what is happening?
I have been registered since last year and I never been asked to upload any documents!
