    I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem. We suggest that you update your profile to "REMOTE WORK ONLY", in order to save your profile details without entering the zip code.

    Regarding your other issue, are you using the email address you used to sign up to the PPH platform?

    I am trying to become approved but after filling every detail and crossing every T you are still asking me for a genuine profile image?

    This image is me!! Please advise what I am to do in this situation?
