    The Worksteeam Layout is totally screwed up now, thumbnails , tabs , and #$%^ everywhere .

    I cannot use images I have been sent by a freelancer. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH THIS NEW INTERFACE. There are SO MANY things wrong with it I can't even begin to list them!!!!

    WHY DID YOU NEED TO CHANGE IT???? IT WAS FINE BEFORE!!!!
    IS THIS JUST SOME EGO THING AT YOUR END??

    WHY ARE YOU NOT CONSIDERING THE USERS, MOST OF WHOM PROBABLY DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO KEEP ON FIGURING OUT HOW TO NAVIGATE NEW LAYOUTS THAT DO NOT APPEAR TO WORK!!!!

    YOU STILL HAVE NOT REPLIED TO MY EMAILS PPH!!!!!

    Hey guys - I am actually sort of going to disagree with people here. I think that the new layout definitely has some great benefits. First of all, the tabs are great! I now can find an easy place to access attachments. You must agree that this is wayyyyyyy better than scrolling through tons of old messages to find the attachments? Secondly, there is now a function when you're chatting with someone to just press enter to send - although that's sort of annoying me that it doesn't remember your answer when you leave the page. It always goes back to default.

    The reason they've changed it, is to make it more like a chat function, so it is like other social media streams or just a modern approach. I think it is a step in the right direction, although it needs some adjustments.

    However, you are right in that they keep springing all these new changes on us without any warning. Perhaps they can warn us in future before a new change comes out? In fact, I'm going to make that suggestion and perhaps a bunch of you guys can vote for that?

    I agree with Sabrina about the need for PPH to warn us about changes. I would add that they should also send out instructions on how to navigate the new changes. For example, Sabrina said:

    What tabs? Where? How do you access all the attachments in one place?

    I agree that would be useful...if I knew HOW to do it!!!

    If I could attach screenshots or any links here, I could show you where the tabs box is and I could show you where to vote for my request! However, neither features is available here.

    On the RHS of the new dialogue stream, underneath the buyer/seller profile, there is a work stream summary and "Workstream feed" now. There is a tab next to that saying "Attachments" - it's a great feature. Everything you have ever attached in the work stream is there!

    If PPH notified us of this, it would be a great thing! I put in a feature request for this - check out the community for the latest posts and vote for it!

    It's better than it was before. What would you suggest is the best way to organise it? You can put it as a list if you prefer? They can't exactly create a Dropbox style site within this site - that's too much. I think this is a big improvement.

    I completely understand! It's true - this platform is largely for digital services, but not everyone knows their way around a computer. And not around an unintuitive site! Theres a 0 by every comment by default and there are arrows up and down. Press up to vote for, or down for vote against

    That's great - I am glad I helped. I have been trying to help some people on here with little things like this because PPH don't seem to have the time to. I know how frustrating it is to have to wait 7-10 days for a stock answer, so I try and stay active on here to help! I know there are a couple of others doing the same too.

    It is a shame that there aren't more PPH employees though, who help out here.

    Yes Sabrina. I noticed that yesterday. I wish they would listen and give a brief 'heads up' about the changes they make, rather than just presenting everyone with a fait accompli. Not good PR!

    BTW Quick access to commissioned work would be really useful. I have looked all over the threads to see how I can access the attachments freelancers have sent me. No joy:(
