I want to withdraw funds from my PPH account to Paypal, my added Paypal account is showing "Pending". PPH says that I need a proof documents but I'm not sure what are documents needed. I have attached some screenshots of my Paypal account. Is that ok?

Hi Dat,
Thank you for your message.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have checked your account and found that you haven't uploaded all the documents required for verification of your account. Hence your withdrawal request has not been processed. We request you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account and process your withdrawal request.
Please check that you have uploaded all of the following:
->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)
->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account, PayPal or Skrill, a choice of:
1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),
2) PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions,
3) Skrill, account statement showing your Skrill registered name and email address along with any relevant transactions.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else..Comment actions -
Hello Kelly,
I have a Paypal account but I don’t know what is the “account statement” you want. I have uploaded 2 screenshots of my Paypal account. Normally when receiving money on Paypal it is referred by Paypal email only. I can’t find any transactions (if it is the “statement” you mean) with name on that.
I have Skrill account but it is very new, does that mean I can’t withdraw with new account when I don’t have any transactions yet?
I feel this verification process is very annoy that I’ve seen in any other systems. Please give me more details help on this.
Thank you,
Dat
