Client is not replying the day i shared him all the documents.

Hi Team PPH

I started working with Mr Dipesh, link mentioned below:

I started working with him more then a month back, we agreed on 100$, 50$ in my escrow account. But the day i wanted to close the job asap as i was engaged with some other work, and same thing the client said that he wanted to close the job asap as he wanted to update the website. But the day i shared with him all the website content we agreed on, he is not sharing his feedback, not replying to my messages.

What Should i do?
I'm not even able to withdraw 50$ from escrow, why?

  Hey Ratan

  It appears that you are the seller in this case? If you have delivered all the work, then simply just invoice him for the work done. If he does not reply, the money will be automatically taken from Escrow and given to you anyway, after a period of 15 working days.

  If he does reply to give you the feedback, then that's great. If he rejects the invoice, you can dispute this with the PPH team to sow them that you have done the work properly. Just be clear with everything in the work stream
