Does PPH give invoice or the freelancer?

Hello guys. I'm a new freelancer and I have lots of skills to offer through PPH. Unfortunately, until I make a sizable income to justify getting incorporated as a sole proprietor or ltd, I can only offer my services legally online on sites like PPH or fiverr, upwork. I'm curious whether in this case PPH gives an invoice, or the seller (using his fiscal information).
