    I'd like to know what's the solution when my invoice is declined due to the cancelation of the client's account verified and confirmed to be fraudulent by your staff? The point is HOW CAN I GET MY ESCROW PAYMENT FROM A SCAMMER WHO IS NO LONGER A VALID MEMBER ON PPH ? Thanks.

    Again, I've fulfilled the request raised by the client who, however, has never replied with a single word since I delivered my work, but cancelled his account and fled. ​

    Hello Grace,

    We have released the funds which were in the Escrow account into your PPH wallet. It was not the full £100 as the full amount was not deposited, but instead you received the £50 the buyer had deposited.
