Stream blocked by the CS
Hi there!
I received a message from a potencial client in my email but, when I tried to answer him through PPH, I noticed I was unable to send a message because "The specific Stream has been blocked because Translation has been moderated.". What does this mean? What can I do to change this?
I sent an email response to him by mistake and I noticed he received it and answered me back...should I keep contacting with him by email? He is asking me for my skype name. I need you to reassure me that this is a safe connection/client.

I guess wait for PPH to answer this one because they will know the exact reason for blocking the stream. However, in the meantime, I suggest you don't contact them because they will have done it for your safety. I would also advise against giving out your Skype right away as it usually is a bad sign from my experience. I have only given out Skype once I've established a working relationship. Usually those that ask right away are looking for something else.
Every time I've had a work stream blocked by CS is because the person is trying a phishing scam, actually selling me something or advertising a site elsewhere.
They usually have a good reason
