My bank want payment remark with withdrawal.

    Yes but they are not able to understand, what i want. Actually my bank has rejected my payment two times and after that wen i asked to my bank they said to me please say to PPH for mention purpose of payment when they will transfer your payment wallet to bank account otherwise bank will consider black money.
    So i request to you please ask to your payment department and revert me, can i withdrawal my amount from wallet? will you text remark or purpose of payment with my wallet to bank account transaction?

    Please please please help me boss. I am so tired.

    Bank is saying just contact to Woldpay Gatewy which you are using, Woldpay is saying just contact to merchant (PPH) and your support is saying just contact to your bank, they are blocking your payment.

    I am totally confused so please tell me what should i have to do because i have no any remain idea for this problem.
    If you are agree that this payment problem is not from you (PPH) and your Gateway (Worldpay) then tell me clear. I will FIR on Bank and will take action.
