PayPal Pending for Several Days After Submitting Document

My PayPal account, which I have used successfully to withdraw payments since September, is pending. I uploaded the requested document Monday. It was a total surprise that my account was pending, There was no email sent to me or notice on my dashboard beforehand. I am in serious need of my money. I am getting pretty worried over here! Please treat this as urgent, and next time, please make sure to notify your users.
