Work without accepted proposal

I have done one task for someone who didn't accepted my proposal and continues to want to work with me but don't accept it no matter how many times i have told her to do it. She pretend that she didn't read it. Please, tell me do I have a chance to take my money for the one task i have done or not? Or what do to? Thanks
