Customer Support Service Gone Very Bad.
I recall a time when PPH customer support was exceptional, but unfortunately, those days seem to be behind us. Lately, I feel that they've become apathetic towards sellers' concerns. I've been waiting for over three weeks to receive a response from customer support regarding a simple issue - removing my old Payoneer account from my profile. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, my query remains unresolved. This lack of support has led me to question whether People Per Hour is still a suitable platform for sellers, as the prolonged wait times and unresponsiveness are not only frustrating but also hinder business operations.

I know what you're going through Athar, the same thing happened to me. It took them a couple of weeks just to reply back to me and tell me that they "haven't had time to answer my question," then they referred me to "help topics" which didn't "help" me at all! But I have to admit: they do promptly fulfill refund requests, but they keep a small portion of your refunded money in your account to cover "future" projects. And of the small number of freelancers that I have hired for projects, the majority of them successfully delivered the gig, with the exception of TWO of the freelancers.
