    I know what you're going through Athar, the same thing happened to me. It took them a couple of weeks just to reply back to me and tell me that they "haven't had time to answer my question," then they referred me to "help topics" which didn't "help" me at all! But I have to admit: they do promptly fulfill refund requests, but they keep a small portion of your refunded money in your account to cover "future" projects. And of the small number of freelancers that I have hired for projects, the majority of them successfully delivered the gig, with the exception of TWO of the freelancers.

    I have the same issue l submitted my query regarding adding my bank account and it's been 2 days yet they wrote an email to me saying they will respond to my issue within 24 hours.

    Yes, it's gone from bad to worse unfortunately.  How long is it taking to have currency converted now?  A project which has cleared the two week payment, but was in $, and needs converting to £.  Getting fed up with this now.
