Unable to Confirm my Paypal A/C
I have just noticed that my paypal a/c attache with my PPH profile is not yet activated. So once I checked into that they are asking for document of Paypal transaction. My Paypal A/c is new but while uploading document against this requirement with 2 of my last transaction being happened in that Paypal a/c, I can't save it or send it and also can't mention my name over there. A red circle is coming all over and denying to put anything over there. I am confused how to send those document containing details of Paypal transaction. Please guide me as a new PPH contractor I have already started my journey and need your help in this case.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account.
We need a PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions.

I have been trying to do the same thing since yesterday what you have suggested me to do.
Here I am sending you the couple of my as a proof of Paypal transaction and also the screenshot of the part why I am not able to put my name over there after uploading those invoices which I got into my gmail a/c and both the transaction is successfully completed.can you tell me how I can send you those attachment for verification.
Because I am sure there are some technical issues within the website and this part is not working properly here.Whenever I am trying to save this, it's going out immediately and showing nothing to me as whether I havce done it right or not.
I am simply left clueless whats happened. Please suggest me as there are more to go on this platform as people are looking to buy more Hourlie and I just put it on hold because of this problem,
Please help me so that I can proceed with my next assignment.

I got the massage from your technical team and he did the same mistake and providing me what to do without knowing what problem I am facing. I seriously don't understand why you people not understanding my actual problem that I am unable to upload those document as per your guidance and facing some technical issue in your website. It's not my fault. It's the fault from your side. I know what to send but how I can send that because I am unable to attach any document and also unable to write my name and other details. Why don't you understand that I am unable to send or upload or attach those documents online...
