hello kelly! I know you are the only person who always resolved problems earler. Please if you could help me in the situation explained below
i am stuck with Withdrawl problem from PPH to my Approved PAYONEER account. the story begins when i initiated a Withdrawl to my PAYONEER Account on 15 the feb 2018, it remained pending till 20 feb 2018 and then surpisingly the withdrawl amount was added back to my PPH wallet. on asking support desk what happened?, it was told that there was huge load and some glitch. Ok thats fine, but again i initiated a Withdrawl on 28th Feb 2018 and again two days gone and it still says PENDING, my question is is there again a GLITCH or what?.
Moreover i tell you that in PARALLEL the FREELANCE.COM always gives accurate dates for this WITHDRAWL and i never ended in such huge latencies there.
Moreover this has put me in great DISTRESS. SO please help me to resolve the problem
