Pending withdrawal
I withdrew funds on Friday before the cut-off, still reading as pending - surely this isn't acceptable when we follow our terms, withdraw on time and gain client satisfaction?

It's really annoying and messy! All of the sudden they are requesting verification documents and aren't even alerting users if the documents are incomplete. Its been 10 days since I requested my withdrawal and NOTHING - still 'pending'. I was able to get the quickest response messaging them directly here: support@peopleperhour.com.

Sorry about that. Our payments team were not available because of continuous holidays like the weekend, bank holiday and Easter in Greece (on Monday and Tuesday) and due to which we had high amount of pending requests. I would request you to please be patient we will process the payment as soon as possible.
