Why is People Per Hour So Deceitful and UNETHICAL as hell?????????

    Possibly because the PPH support is abysmal and often one hand seems to have no idea what the other is doing. The email thing is a long standing issue with very many people. The easiest thing it to put the three senders they use into your ignore file and dump the junk straight to the email dustbin.

    This has been a complaint for several years now, as mentioned. In fact, a few years ago, they DID have a customer number to call. I remember speaking to someone on the phone! It took forever to get through, but it was possible.

    However, now, there are around 700,000 people using this site and they have a team of about 6 people managing CS requests, so naturally they are unbelievably overwhelmed. They 100% need to start hiring people quickly!

    I just find it odd that their competitors like Upwork have direct email, phone number, 24 hours live chat etc. They have so many ways to contact them and they are actually very responsive! So, PPH really needs to start doing something about it because their customers are growing increasingly more frustrated.

    PPH don't care, that's the simple answer. They have questons that go unanswered for months, they sealed off their Facebook page because it was once the only way to express frustration with them, they closed down the user forums cos the boss felt they weren't containing enough praise for PPH, they have all but hidden this place so nobody can easily discover all the problems, they hide their contact details deeply within the site in contravention of UK and EU legislation and , essentially, so long as the cash keeps coming in, they won't do a damn thing about the situation.

    And , most frustratingly, the staff hardly ever actually give an answer here. Its always I've opened a ticket for you.. we could do that ourselves but don't cos you know that 90% of the time all you get is a boilerplate answer that has no relation to the question!

    I have just decided to cancel my PPH account. Extremely Unethical, unprofessional and extremely disgraceful. Once you deposited fund consider it gone they is no way you getting your money back.  Cant wait for this business to disappear!
