Withdrawing Money

Hello!
I am new on PPH, I read the Payment section and the way to withdraw money. Since this is the first time I am using the site I would like to know if this is trustworthy and what do I need to do before I get paid for the first time? I am in Colombia, is it possible to just transfer the money to my bank account? If so, how can I do this?

  Payoneer is the best solution for freelancers, you can order a card / US bank account and link it with you PPH account. (other currency cards and bank accounts are available)
