Contact Support

Hello,
I need to talk to someone from Support regarding my Paypal account confirmation. I added an account statement but I don;t even know if it is being uploaded. It's really NOT ok to remove Support for a PPH! This is an urgent matter!

Hi 

I was billed for £735 for a job. I paid £300 pounds deposit and paid £435 subsequently. But PPH took £446 from my account, a figure different from what I was told I'd be paying.

 

Can someone please explain this? I feel like I've been robbed and PPH reached into my account to take more money than I consented to.

Is there anyway us users, who pay you well, can actually Contact you? If so where's the contact from hidden?

I have done what the client asked and he has not paid the Invoice I sent almost a week ago yet I have no way of contacting him or you to get this resolved.

Not happy.

I  need to speak to someone in support about getting my escrow money back. The job was canceled by the employee.

My refund request was rejected on the ground that it comes down to 'subjective taste'.

Please elevate this to management level. This is a serious complaint.

The freelancer did not do his job. He did not correct blatant errors he made, despite repeated requests.

That PPH calls my nationality a matter of 'subjective taste' is an insult of the highest order.

Please refund my money for this job. Also refund any money still in my account.

I want nothing to do with a business that cheats clients and insults their nationality.

2.the hired deceived freelancer won't release $160? over last 3 months ,wont finish the work after I gave one 5 star Rating,

Hello, I need to contact someone from PPH. My worker cannot complete the task after I paid him and I can not seem to get my refund.

Why is it impossible to contact PPH for help? I need to ask support about a job I bid on. But apparently PPH doesn't do support. There is no "contact us" form anywhere on the site.

This is extremely bad business, PPH.

hi i had a job done by a freelancer i was very happy with the work and you sent me an invoice for johnathan for which i paid and today you have sent 

me another invoice for the same work .please dont send anymore invoices 

it may be easier to talk with a human also it is the first time i have used 

this service and i cannot work out how and where to give feeback on your site.

Trying to contact anyone on PPH is a joke unless it's taking money, been told have to wait 6 months for an answer what a joke!!!
