New workstream design
This new workstream is not comfortable to use in a day to day basis. Not all of the clients like or want to work in a chat environment. Previous messages are very hard to find, specially in long workstreams (i.e. 200 messages). The space dedicated to the actual work information is very small. The attachments and feed area are only useful if you have a 20 messages workstream, but when you have 15 proposals and invoices, and 40 attachments and revisions, it's quite useless. You are allowing 34% of the work area for the actual work, and the rest is more or less decorative.
Also, the reply area is impossible small, not even useful to create an adequate proposal, it doesn't allow to check a message before sending it, it is very limiting. I have to write the message outside PPH, and then copy paste it into the area. If the clients were requesting to work through e-mail before because of the glitches and inconveniences, it will even harder now to keep them in the workstream, specially the older people.
So far I've liked all the changes you have made in the design, but this one in particular needs a bit of polishing. I hope you can do something about this.
